So i went for the "big" full fetal U/S and after the U/S i met with my nurse practiconer(sp?) and i guess my high-risk OB office is changing their practice around and the nurse was explaining how things are going to work there now and apparently i am not as high risk as i thought, my high-risk OB is now going to be focused on the diabetics with severe complications (kidney failure, retinopothy etc.) and all the "healthy" patients will be seen mostly by a "regular" OB while being surpervised by the specialist. IDK if this is relevant at all but i am kinda stoked that, although i am still technically high-risk, im not as high-risk as i could be because i have "good control and no other complications" their words not mine. . . not trying to brag. Just thought id share my ray of hope that i got yesterday.
Re: High Risk but not. . kinda funny
I'm so glad that you've got things under control!
