Dang, you ladies sure sent me boatloads of progress dust!! Last week I was 25% effaced and 1/2 cm...this week- 75% effaced and 2 cms!!!! My OB was really impressed with that, haha! I knew those BH's were doing something Sunday morning!
On another note- I tested positive for GBS...I know it just means that I have to have antibiotics during labor, but now I'm nervous that it will harm Olivia. Anyone else test positive? My OB didn't make a big deal about it, but of course I'm a little worried.
Re: The progress dust worked!!!
Yay for progress!!!

Thanks Kathy, that makes me feel better! I just need some reassuring comments like this, lol!

Yay!
As far as GBS it just means (like you said) you will get antibiotics when you check in to the hospital. Also if your water breaks you will need to go to the hospital to start the antibiotics ASAP rather than having the luxury of waiting at home like some women do. Other than that, it does not really prevent you from having the birth experience that you are hoping for.
My OB didn't even tell me that I had it. I found out when I got to the hospital. The IV felt fabulous I must say. I must have been dehydrated.

Yay for progress!
I tested positive for Step B as well and my dr wasn't concerned.

You are getting SO close!!! Don't sweat the GBS - like everyone said it is very common and not an issue when you get the antibiotics!
Aw, thanks Tiff! It's great to hear these success and positive stories! I can't wait to meet my baby girl!
