OMG I have never seen that but I am DIY'ing one almsot EXACTLY like that! I got the wreath yesterday at Joann's and I am trying to deicide if I am going to spray piant it white or leave it natural wood.  And the birds I made last night but I made them out of printed fabric (not plain felt).
