I think I failed my 1-hr glucose screen

I went in today to the lab to have it done, and it's a Quest..so they have to send off the blood work, so I won't know the results till tomorrow sometime.  But I work in healthcare and when I got back to work about 5 mins later I checked my blood sugar on a glucometer and it was 148! 

I have a feeling I'll be getting a call from the nurse tomorrow sometime to take a 3-hr test.
