DD is CONSTANTLY touching herself

My DD is 27 months old and we are in the middle of potty training.  She is also a total nudist...whenever we are home, I can barely keep her dressed, she rips of all of her clothes the second we get home.  Anyway, whenever she is reading, watching a cartoon, or doing something relaxing, she is touching her goods.  I really don't care that she does it, I mean I know it feels good to her and I certainly don't want to teach her that it is wrong or bad.  I tell her that if she wants to touch herself there, she needs to do it in her room so she has some privacy.  She says ok, and off she goes.  But I think it is so unconscious for her, and soon enough she is at it again.  It makes my DH really uncomfortable, although he gets it why she does it and has the same approach as I do with dealing with it.  I have asked her if she has pain there and she says no.  Anyone else have this going on in your house and how do you deal with it?

My dd also used to do this, and still does on occasion. It takes constant effort reminding her of where she's supposed to be when she wants to do that. My dh was also very uncomfortable with it but together with our reminders she finally learned where she needed to be. Now it rarely happens, as they get older it's less and less. Or their just better at hiding it!
