You are a mentor now at tutor.com, correct?  I am a new tutor and thinking of completing the mentor program...would you suggest doing it?

Yes I am. I love it. The flexibility is awesome, although I often end up working at least an hour 7 days a week.  I started just before they implemented the self-paced program, so I can't tell you too much about that.
