anyone else dealing with extreme swelling?

I've had swelling for about 2-3 months now (yes, it started really early) but lately it's been to the point where I way 10-12 lbs more at night than I did that morning. I know some fluctuation is normal. Anyways I called the OB to let them know since my appt isn't for another week and they are having me come in so I guess I was just wondering if anyone else had been in that situation and what the outcome was.

I just posted yesterday about my ankles (especially my right one) being extremely swollen. I have also noticed my legs are getting shiny from swelling too. I  see my doctor tomorrow so I don't have any other info until then. Everything that I've googled about edema has said that it is typical but can also be a sign of preeclampsia if combined with other symptoms. Since I haven't had any other symptoms (high bp, dizziness, etc) I'm not too concerned.

extreme swelling could be a sign of preeclampsia so I'm sure they want to check your blood pressure.  However at the end of a pregnancy it's pretty common to swell a lot.  My BP has always been perfect but I'm really swelling a lot now...oh the joys!

I have extreme swelling as well in my feet, ankles, calves, thighs and lord knows where else!!!  itis so bad by the time i come home from work, i can barely walk!  My dr. does not seem to be concerned about it as my bp is perfect.  just one of those pregnancy symptoms to deal with   i can't wait to have my body back and not feel like jello walking around
