Eeek.

I was told this a couple weeks ago when I got dx with GD but I didn't really believe it because it didn't come from *my* doctor, but one of the others in the practice who I don't care for.

But *my* doc just confirmed it yesterday.  I will NOT be having a 2010 baby and 39 weeks puts me at ... Dec 26th. I'M HAVING A XMAS BABY! OMG!

I also have to go learn about taking insulin shots today. : (  Seems my fasting #'s with the GD (the only numbers uncontrollable by diet and exercise) are too high and I must get it lowered.

Whatever I have to do to ensure a healthy baby girl, I'll do.

wow. I knew the holidays would be a bit interesting this year... but not THIS interesting. : )

Well at least there are things they can do about it now a days!  Everything will work out, how exciting a Christmas baby!

How exciting! It'll be a fun holiday season Don't worry too much about the insulin shots- both my mom and sister are Type 1 diabetics- the shots are quite easy to do. You'll do great!

That stinks about the insulin... at least you made it pretty far before needing that. Only 9 weeks to go!
