::Poonico::

Silly "sunlight" question.

When you say leave clothing out in the sun to dry what about those in cooler climates in the winter?

Can you line dry them in the window area?  or will that not have the same effect?

Re: ::Poonico::

  • You can sun through a window.  I don't think it's quite as effective, but it does work.  I've only done it a couple of times though.

    I don't really do it to dry my clothes/diapers/whatever.  More just to sun the stains out.  I have put things out when it's cold too.  I just don't put diapers out when it's freezing cold (literally) because I'm concerned about what it will do to the elastic if it freezes.

    As long as it's not freezing, I would put them outside :)  Just try to hit a sunny day if possible.  It's hard here too :  It's often cloudy and blah.
