Hey! I saw your post earlier about wanting to make the Christmas Count Down Calendar and I decided I wanted to try that one too! I already wanted to make some new Christmas Stockings and a tree skirt so I figured I would attempt that too. Anyway I was looking for felt online because I need a large piece for the tree skirt and saw that Hancock Fabrics has it and it's on sale for $2.99 a yard. You could get 1/4 a yard for $0.75 each color and that would be plenty and better than cheaper than getting it in the 8x10 sections you get from Wal-Mart or Michaels.

 https://www.hancockfabrics.com

That's their website, I don't know if you have one near you but mine was right down the street and they had all the colors there! If you don't you could order it off their site! I spent $21 and got all the stuff I needed for all of my projects!

Hope that helps!

  • Unfortunately, it looks like I can't order less than a yard per fabric online and there aren't any around here. But I'm thinking I might use them for the colors I'll need more of, then look for something else local for the other colors.

  • Sorry I didn't even notice that...
  • Oh, no! Don't be sorry. It's still awesome. And I'm thinking I could do lots of fun things with the leftover felt. :)
