Suppositories

I have seen them mentioned on here before but I had no idea.  I have to start them tomorrow.  It all sounds so icky.  I understand I'll need panty liners.  Any other tips?

Your RE may have already said this, but I take them at night.

panty liners are pretty much your only necessity. good luck!

I would try to lay horizontal for an hour after putting them in if you are on the chalky ones.  Keep panty liners with you at all times b/c some days you may feel more leaky that others.

Overall, they aren't that bad.

Ok thanks.  I'm doing them twice daily and of course tomorrow morning I have to leave really early for a meeting so I won't have the chance to lay down for my first suppository.  I'll remember the liner though!!

Bring extra liners to work. Sometimes they leak more than other times.

I had to do it 3X a day so I didn't have the option for a "night only" insertion. Good luck.

Liners are a must!!! Other then that they are pretty easy!!! Good Luck!!!
