I have been bouncing on an excercise ball for about an hour and Im feeling a little crampy. Anyone use the ball to help jump start labor or dilation? Im trying to get this process going with all the things Ive heard. Pineapple, 3 cups of raspberry leaf tea a day, excercise ball, walking, spicy food. Im hoping something helps.
My sister in law said when the weather system changed her water broke and living in Colorado we are supposed to be having a huge pressure system change tommorow!

Obviously I am not trying it because I am not that far along yet, but I applaud your coordination!! I had a college roomate with an exercise ball and we used it kinda like a chair in the living room. People were always falling off of that thing! I can't imagine trying to bounce on it while I am big pregnant. I don't think I'd be graceful enough, lol.

I love your post because I totally dug my excersise ball out last night and bounced on it all night.
As you can tell from my previous post, it did nothing, at least for today's appointment. But I will keep it up, at this point it can't hurt. I have also tried walking a lot, spicy food, sex, and having DH rub pressure points. So far they have all failed me!

You can buy it at a grocery store, but the tea isn't for inductions. It's to tone the uterus.
