backpack diaper bag ?

So, with our second on the way I'm looking for a backpack diaper bad that can hold all of the stuff we need to lug around but manly enough so Daddy will carry it.  Any reviews, recommendations, etc??

One Step Ahead has a great one and it comes in black.  I used it for a long time and still use when we travel.
