Nursery Progress PIP

So the painting was finished on Sunday late afternoon and this morning the contractors came and installed the chair rail!  I really like it   Here are a few before and after pictures - the walls are beige and sage green, with white trim and chair rail.  WDYT?

That is REALLY pretty! Great job! Did you guys do the chairrail yourselves? My DH did the chairrail in DD's room and it's...not....perfect. LOL. I'm highly impressed.

I wish one of us had the skills to do it - we hired a contractor to make/install the chair rail.  We did all the painting.
