Marinate in the McCormick's envelope mix Chipolte Pepper for a good hour or so, then bake in the oven at 420 for half an hour. Spicy and yummy.

I put a spicy rub on them and put them in the broiler, very tasty.
Spin off to this: DH puts a spicy rub on them, throw them on the stove top grill, finish them off in the oven. I top them with canned apples, slightly sweetened with cinnamon and sugar.
I pan sear them for couple minutes on each side til they are nice and brown then throw them in the oven to finish cooking. The deglaze the pan with bourbon, stock, butter and mustard and cook down til it's nice and thick.

Pish posh, rain shouldn't stop you.
You could always use your oven broiler

It's a great mix of spicy and sweet.
