Can you please summarize the Sleepeasy Solution book? Am thinking of trying it, but I wanted to find out a little bit about it first. What are the basics? TIA!
It's the same method as Ferber (progressive waiting). The book goes into a lot more detail though and has a lot of examples and "what if" scenarios. It's also really geared towards the parent understanding why your LO is crying and that it sucks, but is okay.
It's a very easy read! It took me a couple of hours. I'd definitely read it befre trying anything.
