I know a group of people starting doing this for a while. I have been put on a diet and exercise plan by my doctor and started walking this week.

I would like to keep it up on the weekends. Anyone up to walking with me? I live in NE Portland but could drive to Gresham (maybe Glendovere?) or other places to meet up.

Saturday I plan on going out in the morning. Anyone up for it?
