At Walmart online, kiddie vinyl bean bags are only $20 -- the usually price was $30. You can select "ship free to store" and pick them up (I love that Walmart has that, I have to admit -- it's so easy). I just picked him up two for xmas.

I have no idea about quality...

I have this bean bag.  It is perfect for a child up to about 5 to 6 years.  I have not had any problem with it.   We have had it for about 1.5 years.  It is vinyl, which I have really liked, given DD has not been the worlds fastest potty trainer. Super easy to sanitize and pet hair does not stick to it.  I would not have a cloth one.
