Is this a good snack idea?

In terms of healthiness and safety for babies, is freeze-dried fruit a good idea? I tried some apple ones yesterday and I thought they dissolve pretty easily. Just wondering if anyone has tried these.

if he likes it and has no problem eating it, then its fine. it is fruit, afterall!

Look at the package.  A lot of that stuff is just junk and super processed.  I would just carry around a banana or some cooked sweet potatoes dice.

 I agree, though we do use the Gerber ones and they are nothing but fruit.  i have never found another brand that is just fruit.
