Game question

I am trying to help out my sister and mom with my shower-- they know I am not a huge "game" person and that many people hate the shower games.  I have read somewhere about the idea of doing a newlywed style game- but like a new parents game- i.e. my sister would provide my DH with a list of questions prior to the shower, he would answer the questions and give the answers to her.  then i would get the list and have to guess how i think he answered the questions.  the guests would have to guess how many i will get correct and the winner would get a prize...

has anyone ever done this game?  any ideas for questions?  thanks!
