NTR: Anyone have photoshop, but not elements??

I need help of someone who has photoshop CS4 or lower. I need to create a text path and you cannot do this in photoshop elements. I have searched high and low and it cannot be done. Argh!

It's just a standard circle shape. I have the two circles I need converted over to a text path saved as a .psd. You can open the file in photoshop, create the paths and then send it back to me. I should then be able to still edit the text and change the size.

Can anyone help me out? I am trying to finish this project and this is the only thing holding me up. Thanks!

Nevermind. I was able to make a .png file through powerpoint and inverse the lettering onto the document. Thanks anyway!
