I think DS might have the beginnings of pink-eye and I don't think we have enough of his last prescription for this round. Is there anything OTC that gets rid if it?

This may sound ridiculous, but DD had pink eye about 2 weeks ago. When I went to go pick up her prescription the pharmacist told me to put some Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo on a warm wet cloth. I looked at her like she was nuts. The next day DD had so much gunk built up she couldn't open her eye. I threw her in the bath, washed her hair, and let the soap run on her face. Low and behold the gunk never came back, and her eye was just so much better after that. I'm not saying it's the solution, but I really think it's what ended helping the most.

You can wash the eye area with baby shampoo as described above, and also flush the eye itself with a single-use eyedrop like Systane in the single-sure ampules.
Polysporin makes eyedrops for pink eye; they can also be used for swimmer's ear (it says for both on the box). Not sure about using them on an infant though - you'd have to check with the pharmacist.
Re: Is there an OTC for pink-eye?
DH has used this before with good results:
https://www.walgreens.com/store/catalog/Eye-Care/Healthy-Relief-Pink-Eye-Relief-Eye-Drops/ID=prod980637&navCount=1&navAction=push-product?V=G&ec=frgl_627647&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=sku980625
There are no OTC antibiotics.
