Christmas Gift for our Nanny

What do you think, is this a good gift

 First we are giving her over a week off paid,  (from Christmas until 1/5/2010 and a cash bonus.....but I was thinking of also filling a stocking with some little things that the kids make, gift cards for places she like to take the kids (not really for her but things she'll use), some stuff she likes to use to craft, bake etc  (both for her and things with the kids).  I think DD will have a lot of fun picking out this stuff and making things for her too........Now I need to make a list of things to get for her stocking....

I think what you are doing sounds like more then enough and is very generous of you. ?I don't think that you need to do the stocking as well but if you do it would be very nice!
