How do you do that??? (Andy W.)  I have Paint but not Paint Photoshop Pro....I have Microsoft Office Picture Manager (dont think you can do much with that)...

I think you can download Picaso (?) for free.  You can do that on there.

On my program I went to "film and filters" and applied a colored filter to each photo.

Maybe you could just make your photos black & white (using a free photo website like Picasa or something?) and then just print it on colored paper at a copy shop?
