I'm a mom, and I'm pregnant, but I'm also an exercise trainer/instructor who focus on pre and postnatal exercise. For all of you who want to continue or begin exercise during your pregnancy I have started prenatal group fitness classes. Right now they are held in Universal City, but if you are a bit further away, you can always contact me and I might be able to start something in your area.
