Just moved here from NJ and I need suggestions on places to meet other moms.  I'm 9 weeks prego with my second and I'm lonely going through a pregnancy without any friends here.

Welcome!  There are all kinds of Early Childhood PTAs around.  Try to google one in Uptown or M-streets.

Congrats on your impending arrival! Hope all goes well! My first child is 13 so playgroups aren't an option just yet.  Long time inbetween babies-I know! Thanks for the suggestions.
