I asked the question and then found a great page with pics. Hope it helps everyone.

Anyone heard of the Hopp wrap? I found it on www.attachedtobaby.com and it looks like the full name is "Hoppediz."

Thanks!

  • that's awesome. i can imagine wearing two when they're small, but when they're a bit bigger looks crazy.

  • I can't even imagine wearing two when they are little. And that one girl says that the easiest way to get things done around the house is to carry both babies? Serously? That is the easiest way? I am not sure exactly what you could get done like that. Maybe she should work on getting them on the same schedule instead and do things around the house when they are napping : ) Sorry - I get baby wearing, I do, but with twins it just seems a bit ridiculous to me. However, to each there own and if you can and are happy wearing both babies then go for it!

  • I have a moby wrap but never tried the twin hold with it; it just seemed too awkward.

I have worn my twins at the same time by wearing one in front in the Moby and the other on my back in the Ergo. (This is since they were 6 months old; I do it occasionally when they're both in clingy moods.) It's kinda fun. :)

  • I'd like to try BWing w/ twins. My SIL bought a carrier for hrt son at a street fair where she lives and they make a twin version. It's like a wrap, but also has rings too adjust & hold. It looks interesting.

  • Thanks for the link! I've been considering buying a Moby wrap, and seeing the women in the photos I think it'll work for me. I appreciate the info!
  • Consumer Reports advises to stick to the Bjorns or other "carriers".  They advise against any "wraps" as there have been a lot of injuries from improperly wrapping / wriggling leading to dropping and injuring babies.  They go and compile all of the national injury data from these items.
