I saw your post about the costume you made for C last night and it is so cute!  You are so talented and creative!  Can you pass some of that talent over here, please?

    Thank you!  I tried it on him when I got home, and it fits perfectly.  Pure luck on my part because I worked on it when he was asleep, obviously.  I am so happy with how it turned out!

    Hoping to get pics of the kids in their costumes this weekend.  With the short days there is no time or light during the week!

    What are your boys going to dress as?

    You should really be proud.  It looks professionally made.  Honestly.  You have to share the pics if you get any this weekend.

    Sam is going to be a magician (or magicia, as Sam says it) and Max is going to be Dumbo.  Sam wanted to be a coyote, but I couldn't find a costume anywhere.  Max's costume is adorable, but he's grown so much since I got it that I'm worried it won't fit now!

    Oh, and of course, my camera is being fixed just as Sam's birthday is coming up Thursday and Halloween is here next weekend.  I'm praying it will be back in time!

    Oh, cute!  I forgot about your camera!  Did you find out what was wrong, or did you just send it in to see what they could do?  I can't believe Sam is going to be one in just a few days.  And walking?  He's all grown up! Crying

    We sent it to  a camera shop in Illinois.  Their quote was half of Nikon's and it comes with a guarantee.  They're supposed to have a quick turnaround too, so we'll see. 

    Sam is going to be 3 on Thursday.  Max was one last month.  Isn't that crazy?!  We are having a family party next Sunday.  He is so excited.  He also goes to school on his actual bday and gets to wear a costume, get treats and bring in a treat for his classmates that he gets to pass out.  He is so excited for that big day.  His teachers told me the other day that he has been talking about it so much at school and has even been asking if they're going to sing "Happy Birthday" to him.  So cute!

    Oh, duh. Sorry!  Three is so fun.  Rory was really into the birthday thing this year, too.
