I forget what to do. I have the Nystatin cream, but it doesn't seem to be helping. I stopped using wipes, gave her air time today, but it still looks pretty bad
Ben used to get really bad yeast rashes and Lotramin seemed to make them worse. The doctor gives us an rx cream called Vusion, which has an antifungal, petroleum and zinc-oxide all in one cream so it soothes as it treats the fungus.

Well, I'm hopping on here late but here were our instructions from DD's pedi:
1. Luke warm baking soda bath 3 times per day
2. Lotrimin AF only after each bath (so 3 times per day)
3. A&D ointment over the Lotrimin AND after every diaper change--that wipes off more easily than regular diaper cream (stinks, but it WORKS; we actually now use that instead of Buttpaste now)
It cleared up in about one day--it was an open-sore diaper rash that made her scream with every diaper change so it was nasty. I think we did the baking soda bath part for 2 days.

Thanks, sorry for all the questions!
Apply it every diaper change, or just twice a day like the Nystatin?
