Anyone have to contact Graco customer service?

I've tried calling them about an issue with our swing and the customer service # keeps disconnecting and their website keeps saying "some error try again later" when I try to submit the inquiry form to customer service. This is really irritating since I need help soon with our swing!

  • No - but that would drive me nuts. Which swing do you have? What happened to it? We have a Graco swing too ...

  • I'm not happy with them at all. I put in an order in July for some repalcement items for my carseat and they had one item on back order and said it would ship w/in 6 weeks (from Aug 19) and it hasn't yet and they aren't returning my inquiries for a refund or to get me the item...their auto reply say they'll return inquiries w/in 2 days, it's been a few weeks since the last email they sent. I also tried calling their customer service # and it basically hung up on me saying there were too busy. Ugh, I'm annoyed and going to start boycotting their products, lol.

  • We have a two year old swing and when it would swing the "mobile" would fall off! It almost hit DD twice. I called them for a manual because I can't find the one that came with it and they said they'd email it to me immediately... well it's been a day and it's still not there. I'm pi$$ed about it so much that our next car seat won't be a GRaco if I don't get it!
