Any mommas with nannies on here?

We are in the process of finding a nanny for DS... But a bit overwhelmed by the process! We were willing to pay for a nanny agency, but limited availability in this area. So we're looking at care.com and other similar websites. Just could use some guidance about interviews, contracts, taxes, etc. If anyone has been through this and could help please let me know :)

    We don't....but I have tons of friends who nannied.  their clients found them through word of mouth mainly.  Maybe check you local board for recs?
