baby bald on top of head? PIP

Just curious if anyone's LO has this.  R was born with hair on the top of his head, but it's since fallen out.  He totally has the baby version of male pattern baldness, lol

DD was born the same way.  I had to give her a haircut at 3 weeks bc of her baby mullet    It is now starting to grow on top, finally.

My dd is bald as can be on the top but has pretty long hair on the very back. it's weird.

My baby had dark hair on the top of his head and after his bath one night I noticed it was gone....I rubbed it all off during his bath....I felt so bad!

 But now I'm starting to see signs of life up there!
