My niece and bff?s daughter both love to play dress up, so I was thinking about making them a couple tutus. Does anyone have instructions on how to make them? I don?t know how to sew, so is this something a beginner could do? Thanks!
Do a search on youtube for "no sew tutu" and I'm sure something will pop up. I've watched how-to videos on there before and it looks really easy. The video I saw walks you through the whole thing. Easy!! You can get creative and add in ribbon and stuff too.
I used these instructions when I made my niece one. Very simple, although it was easier to have one person hold it and another tie the tulle instead of doing it on a chair!
I just finished a no-sew tutu for DD for Halloween. The directions I had were similar to the links above, but I used a ribbon (so I could tie it in back) instead of elastic. And if I can do it, anyone can do it! It turned out super cute. I'll post pics when I get a picture of it on her.

Cool, I was going to just use the ribbon instead of elastic too. I can't wait to see a picture!

Good luck! They are so much fun!
WOW, I guess you can find just about anything and everything on YouTube. Thanks!
I think these would make cute little Christmas gifts for the girls. :-)
