Sick and preg...Don't wish this for any of you!
Hi ladies-
Just wanted to pass on that I have had a bad cold for the last 4 days and it has been horrible! Take care of yourselves and KEEP YOUR SPACE from anyone around who might have the sniffles. I work with teenagers who bring all kinds of nastiness back to the building each day, and thought I was doing a good job washing hands and keeping them away from me and the rest of our clients/staff. Whap! It got me 
Dr. said all I could use was saline nasal spray and Tylenol. Finally they said to stop those and switch to Afrin, a spray with meds in it to help with congestion. I also got some Vicks's. Not Sure it helped, but it feels good 
Anyway, just a reminder that little sick bigs are going around, and the experience is much different than if we weren't pregnant. Good luck to everyone throughout the winter!

If congestion is an issue I highly rec. one of these:

They look ridiculous and it takes some getting used to, but they totally work and have no meds. I had major sinus congestion in my pregnancy (especially in the end) and this helped a lot. GL!

I totally agree! The Neti-pot is the best! Maybe it's because there are A LOT of naturalist around here, but the neti-pot is a definite hit!
