I'm amazed at some of the things I see at work sometimes

 I was looking at one acct. tonight and I had to stop the rep who was about to transfer this customer to me to me b/c some remarks caught my eye. The customer had threatened a store rep once and is banned from the store. People are so batsh*t crazy.

Then there was a guy who said he shipped a package in his fiance's name and there was an issue with the delivery. But one of the names on the acct. was listed as his wife. I didn't question him. I've learned better.

I spent ten years as a call center manager...there are some totally bat *** crazy people out there.  And in my personal experience, they are heavily concentrated in certain areas of the country.

My oldest son's dad was banned from calling a phone sex line for very nasty language to the chick on the other end.
