While I love Lucy, Lucia sounds a little pretentious to me (but you can attribute that to A Room With A View). I do'nt like Vittoria - it somehow seems masculine to me (no idea why!). I think Elisabetta is pretty, and has lots of options for nicknames, so I like that.
