I have seen stuff for it on Etsy.  But it was like pillows and rugs that had a homemade look to it.  I love that but I don't know if you do.  Target toy area had a few fabric cupcake pretend cooking stuff that I thought would be cute to make a mobile out of.

Restoration Hardware has a couple of cute things.  I really love the cupcake mobile, but it doesn't look like it would be that fun for baby to look at.

I would like to do a cupcake theme if we are having a girl.  I was thinking about doing bedding with dots and then doing cupcake accents.
