David just had an allergic reaction to the squash.

He had it yesterday without a problem, but I just let him ffed himself a bowl of it - he probably only got two spoonfuls worth in his actual mouth and he now has a rash on his face.

Oh no!  Is Gabe allergic to squash too?  Maybe you could start him off with foods you know are safe for Gabe, in the hopes they'll be ok for him too.  I'm so sorry... that is awful.

The rash is just on his face and he DID make a mess all over his face while trying to eat it. 

I'm praying it's just contact dermatitis.  But I'm going to hold off on any more solids until I talk to the doc.
