Etsy question

I ordered something from a lady on Etsy, I have never used it before. Her turn around time was 2 weeks. I made the payment Sept 27, so we are now about 3+ weeks. What do I do other than send her a message? I'm just not sure how Etsy works.

well you should still send a message. has she responded to you? get her to commit to a date and see whether she's doing delivery confirmation. she may have already sent it and it's taking a while. But definitely contact her to see what she says.

also check to see if there's any recent feedback about shipping time or problems from other people.

if you can't get her to respond to you after 2-3 days, you could always initiate a payment dispute within paypal. sometimes stuff happens (like a family member of theirs is ill or something), but hopefully they will communicate that to you if that is the case.

Definitely send her a message! I have used Etsy a couple times without a problem but I don't think there are the buyer protections like Ebay has. Contact her politely without threatening actions like poor feedback etc. (because there may not be any--I'm not sure)

Ok thanks for the advice. I sent her a message and she hasn't responded yet. I would definitely understand if something happened, it just makes me nervous because I already paid for everything.
