do you have some good AAP/general links about the reasons on why you need to make sure you're ALWAYS buckling up your baby completely and why they need to be RF at least 1yr and 20lbs
anyone who can't figure out why their child should be buckled in their seat at all times on their own should NOT be having children, IMO. That's completely common sense. But it is also state law.
