Oops, I didn't read your question carefully. I voted Juliette b/c that's the spelling I prefer, but I'd actually assume anyone with the name spelled it Juliet (thanks, Mr. Shakespeare!)

I don't think I have ever met anyone with this name so I don't know what I'd assume, but I voted for and strongly prefer the French spelling, Juliette.
Just like Nicolette, Babette, Annette, etc... I know Juliet is the English spelling but it just looks incomplete to me.

DH thinks Juliette looks too "froofy". I like both, but I want to pick a spelling that will least likely be misspelled. Thanks for your opinion. I appreciate it!

Sorry, I responded incorrectly also. I voted for Juliette b/c it looks prettier but to answer your question it would have to be Juliet.

Re: Spelling help
Edited because I did not read the question properly:
I voted for Juliette simply because I like it better but I would assume Juliet.
This!

I like Juliet. This is near the top of my list.
Also, my daughter's name is Scarlett and people NEVER spell it correctly. Always spell it with one T.
Ditto this exactly.
