I'm feeling flutters at 10 weeks

Did anyone else feel flutters or butterflies at 10 weeks.  I wonder if its the baby flipping around?

Re: I'm feeling flutters at 10 weeks

  • I kind of hate to say this, but that's prob. just gas. Ten weeks is too early to feel anything.

  • I have been wondering the same thing....then I just wrote it off as gas
  • not possible.  i'm sure you just have to fart.  that probably wasn't "chicken" that you had at the chinese restaurant.

  • Everyone will say it's too early...but this is my second and I think I know what baby feels like vs gas and I think I felt flutters this weekend as well.

  • It's gas.  You are not feeling the baby yet, it's pretty much impossible so early on unless this is your second or third + child.

  • Flutters of gas.
  • Mmmm, no. It?s gas. Sorry boo boo.
  • I guess it's possible since it's your 2nd.  I've heard that you feel the baby sooner.

  • I've actually heard that if you've been pregnant before and know what the baby feels like, you're more likely to feel it sooner the 2nd time around.  I haven't felt anything yet but I wouldn't doubt that there is a good possibility that you're feeling the baby and not gas.

  • Everyone will tell you it's too early, but it's exciting anyway (even if it is only gas)!  This is my third pregnancy, and I SWORE I felt two kicks this morning while lying in bed.  Not possible (I'm only 11 weeks - the baby's legs are not strong enough for me to feel the kicking) but it was still kind of exciting...reminds me of what's to come!  That is my favorite part of being pregnant...there is NOTHING like feeling your baby move inside your belly. :)

Ah yes.  Nothing gets me as excited as a round of good farting.

    This.

  • At 10 weeks, the baby is the size of a prune. Movments you feel can be attributed to gas, digestion, or your expanding uterus.
  • at 10 weeks your baby is just over an inch long and the weight is equal to a $20 sack of weed.  (quarter of an ounce)

I think its only $20 here in TX.  It might be more expensive where she is from.

    bwahahahahah!

  • If you get a NT ultrasound you will see the baby jumping, kicking, etc all around and not feel anything.  It's my 2nd too, and I'm 13 weeks, and it's still just gas.  For real.

OMG, you are hilarious! I think I laughed so  hard that I farted!

  • I've felt nothing but aches and pains, but I've heard a second child can be felt much sooner than the first...

  • I hate to be another to burst your bubble, but your baby is the size of a prune (1 inch), you are not feeling the baby kick.  I still haven't felt a thing and I am almost 17 weeks.

  • Sorry, your baby is way too small to be banging into the walls of your uterus with enough force that you would feel it.

Hey!!  When I'm super bloated, letting out some heavy duty farts is HEAVEN!!  You'd better believe I get damn excited!

  • I love how all of the first time pregnant ladies are telling you what it is! I see this is your second, you know what it feels like already. I don't think it's too early if you already know what it feels like. My vote is for your flutters!
