We're getting serial screening, which I believe includes the NT scan. Since I'm 37 now my nurse pracitioner recommended it. I think I go in on November 17th for the u/s, so I'm very excited about that.
How are you doing?

That's one of the perks of being over 35 - you usually get a few extra peeks at your bean! The details you can see with the machines they use for the NT scan are amazing - you can count fingers and toes and often get an accurate gender guess. I can never figure out what I'm looking at on the regular U/S at my OB's - she did a quick one at my appt. last Friday and at one point I asked if that was the baby's feet on the screen. She said, "no, actually that's the edge of your uterus and the start of your rectum." Bwahaha - good thing I'm not an u/s tech, huh?
My "big" u/s is on Thursday. Since we know what we're having, we don't have that exciting part to look forward to, so just hoping all the organs, etc. look good in there. This guy is a mover and a shaker. I've been feeling him for several weeks now, and for the last couple weeks we can sit and watch him do his karate practice in there. Nora was super active as well, but I don't remember being able to watch my belly move this early with her.
How are you feeling? Can you take anything for your migraines while pregnant?
Awww, you're having a boy? You probably told me that already and I forgot, but how exciting!
I'm feeling okay. Nauseous all the time. The migraines haven't been too bad. Tylenol has been taking care of most of them. I take Vicodin when they get really bad. Overall, I really can't complain at all!

Hi Sarah! Love your new sig pic - his eyelashes are outrageous! Is your household healthy again? When is your appt. with the RE?
Femme, sorry about he nausea - it's hard getting anything done feeling like that. I hardly left the house from 8-12 weeks. I'm glad your headaches haven't been bad. Hang in there - it gets better in a few weeks!
