Has anyone actually gotten the H1N1 vax?

I know there is a lot of debate on whether you'll get it or not.  My OB recommends that I get it and DD's pedi also recommends that she get it so we're going that route.  However, no one seems to have it yet.

Has anyone been successful in actually tracking down the vax?

I got it last week -- my OB said that pregnant women are the priority -- but our pedi still doesn't have the H1N1 or the regular flu shot yet. The latest update (as of last Friday) was to check back after Nov. 1.

DD might be getting it tomorrow night.  Our pedi's office got 100 doses in.  I am bringing her for her seasonal flu shot, and they put the H1N1 vax in her chart, too.  However, I'm not sure I want her to get them both at the same time, esp. since the H1N1 vax is a weakened live-virus vax.  We leave for vacation on Thursday, and I don't want her to get sick.

No, the shot is a dead virus.  The mist is a weakened live virus.  If you have to choose, H1N1 is getting ready to peak so I'd get that and get the seasonal one later (ask if they can save it as there are some shortages of that too) as the regular flu season hasn't kicked in yet.
