I have been downing smoothies about every other day since they help w/ lovely pregnancy constipation. Today, I took the advice of someone of here and tried a pumpkin one. Despite that 1) I didn't follew her recipe and 2) I should of added more milk to make it thinner, I love it!
Here it is if anyone wants to make one!
1/2 can pumpkin puree, 1 banana, 1 cup vanilla yogurt, splash of milk, dash of pumpkin pie spice and 1 Tablespoon of wheat germ.
