All of the cereal bars are awesome, especially the fig (they are like giant fig newtons!).
We always get the frozen Indian Samosas, Naan, and frozen microwave rice. Pair all that with one of the jars of Indian simmering sauces and it is a yummy meal.
We usually get a few new snack items and some sweets too
my favorite things are not dairy free- the chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels and the chocolate filled croissants (they are in the frozen breakfast section).
I love their bruschetta (near the hummus, we put it on pasta and also serve it as an appetizer) and they have this amazing black bean dip in the chip section that is wonderful with their organic corn chips. Oh - we love unsweet tea and theirs is the best! Trader Joe's is my favorite!!! I'm there at least 2-3 times/week. I'm a vegetarian and their soy products are different from what you can find anywhere else.
I just ended being dairy free when I recently weaned DD. I lived at Trader Joe's. Here are some of my dairy free favs:
soy milk, rice milk, or almond milk, lots of beans for making chili and soups, cheese free burritos, trader Joe's veggie burgers, sweet potatoe fries, hummus & pita chips, soy yogurt, whole grain chips & fresh salsa, trail mix, dried fruit, granola bars, fruit cups (like Jello), dark chocolare bars w/ almonds (in the checkout lane), semi-sweet chocolate chips, pasta & marinara sauce, soy ice cream and ice cream bars, Joe's Oh's (like Oreos), heat and serve rice dishes, graham crackers ( for smores), peanut butter & jelly, turkey breast.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head. Just get used to reading labels! When you are aware of everything you put in your mouth you will be amazed at how many additives and ingredients are in the food we eat. I really felt like I became I much healthier eater. HTH! It made a huge difference for DD!
