I think if you go to your profile or account I forget what's it's called and go to the very bottom there is a link you can click on to delete your registry.

I just called the main number and they deleted it for me.

when i went to the store they told me that they couldnt do it there and thati would have to call the main number

You can email them also with the registry number and they will delete it that way.
