Is Halloween cancelled this year?

NOBODY has jack sh!t for decorations, Walmart isnt selling them (at least the one by me) they have costumes, but thats about it, Target has not much of a selection and my neighbors havent put any decorations up either. Our neighborhood is always decorated heavily for Halloween and Christmas.

 

What is up this year????

Our Target had a TON of stuff last week.  It was super cute, too!  Do you have a Halloween USA nearby?

Halloween USA or any party/decoration store should have costumes and such.

I saw a report yesterday that Halloween sales as a whole are down this year.  Maybe the stores didn't want ot get stuck with a lot of unsold inventory and just aren't selling much this year.

We haven't put up our decorations yet. We've just had a string of bad things happen on days we meant to put them up. Plus it won't stop raining long enough, and it's too cold already.

I can't find a halloween shirt for ds anywhere.  there is still a few weeks until halloween i can't believe they are ALL sold out!
