Birth classes/Lamaze classes

Does anyone have a good recommendation for birthing/lamaze classes in the North suburbs?  If not in the N., then where?

Loved mine at Regions!   The instructor was great!

If you want to go as far north as Princeton....they are free at the northland medical center. www.fairview.org

Any health system should offer them.  I'm not sure where you're located but I think Fairview and Allina should be in that area.  Go to their websites and there should be an area for birthing class info.

We did ours at the Monticello Hospital, even though I delivered at North Memorial...it was closer.  They were awesome!  Almost made us want to switch hospitals, if I didn't love my ob so much.

I'd start by asking your OB. Most hospitals offer a generic birthing class. If you specifically want to learn Lamaze methods, check out:
