1m Appt yesterday

So my little chunky monkey isn't so chunky. He's just dead on average. He weights 9lbs 6 3/4 oz which may seem like a lot but he was 8lbs 7oz when he was born! So he is in the 50% for weight and the 50% for head?circumference and the 75% for height.?

He got one shot (2nd Hep and was so funny about it. He had a delayed cry and then looked at me and the nurse like "WTF was that for" I wish I had had my camera out for it it was hilarious.?

Don't sound so disappointed, those are great numbers!  Congrats on a great appt!

Oh I'm not disappointed at all I just thought he weighed more than that! He looks so chunky to me compared to other one month olds!

I know what you mean. I thought my little man was a chunky monkey too, but when we took him to his 4 mo. appointment, he was only in the 30th percentile for weight. I was shocked! He still looks chubby to me with his rolls and chubby cheeks.

Sounds like he's packing on the weight just fine. I was surprised at Caleb's last check-up that he was only 19lbs, I was expecting at least 20. It's so hard to guess their weight! Anyway I'm glad Dennis is doing well!

Glad you had a good appt! ?I remember the delayed reaction wtf face from shots, it was funny even if heartbreaking.

Awww, I bet that was funny. I'm sure the nurses think I'm a horrible mother, because I have my camera posed to take pictures of Katie when she cries. I think it's adorable. ;-)
